The Family Room

The Family Room is an online platform that allows you to monitor your loved ones’ care online. We understand how stressful and worrisome it can be to have a loved one that needs help to live independently. The Family Room helps alleviate some of those concerns by giving you real-time transparency to the care provided and by helping ease some of the logistical burdens. The Family Room provides family members with information on upcoming schedules, the caregiver team, medications, invoices, and even details down to the tasks that were completed during each shift. It allows you to:

Review Care Logs and Shift Tasks

Review completed care logs as well as current shifts in real time, including task updates and voice commentary by the caregiver. When the caregiver clocks out, completed tasks and voice notes are updated. These updates are sent to the care coordinator and to the Family Room.

View Caregiver Assignments

Review the caregivers assigned to your loved one and view their photos.

View the Schedule

Keep all parties informed about the scheduled care provided in a monthly or weekly view.

Medication Management

Give family members the ability to monitor prescriptions and dosage to ensure that everyone is on the same page.

View Invoices Electronically

No more paper invoices! With the Family Room, family members can set up auto-pay or even log in and split the bill online. Family members can also review past invoices.
